Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds related to our immigration and visa consulting services.

Definitions
  • Service Initiation: Services are considered to have commenced upon any of the following:

    • The first consultation session with Skyline Tech and Immigration Solutions Pvt Ltd.
    • Submission of client documentation to Skyline Tech for assessment or processing.
    • Signing the Service Agreement for specific visa or country services.
  • Force Majeure: Unforeseeable events beyond Skyline Tech’ control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or civil unrest.

Client Cancellations
  • Before Service Initiation: If you cancel before services begin, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any non-refundable administrative or processing fees as outlined in your Service Agreement.

  • After Service Initiation: If you cancel after services have started, any refund will be determined based on the stage of the process and work already performed. You may receive a partial refund as specified in your Service Agreement.

Circumstances Leading to No Refund

No refunds will be provided in the following situations:

  • Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information in your application.
  • Non-Cooperation: Failing to provide required documentation or information within the timelines specified in your Service Agreement.
  • Change of Mind: Once services are initiated by signing the Service Agreement, no refund will be issued if you decide to stop or cancel for personal or professional reasons.
  • Change of Circumstances: Changes in your personal or professional situation affecting your visa eligibility.
  • Visa Denial: Visa or immigration application denial by authorities due to reasons beyond Skyline Tech’ control.
Skyline Tech Cancellations

Skyline Tech reserves the right to cancel our agreement under the following conditions:

  • Conflict of Interest: A conflict of interest arises.
  • Non-Payment: Failure to adhere to the agreed payment schedule.
  • Unacceptable Behavior: Abusive or threatening behavior towards our staff.

Refunds in these cases will be at our sole discretion.

Refunds
  • Notice of Cancellation: Complete and submit the cancellation form to vdorisala@skylinetechlabs-consulting.ae.
  • Review: Skyline Tech will review your request and determine the eligible refund amount per this policy and your Service Agreement.
  • Processing: Refunds will be processed within 60 business days and issued to the original payment method.
Force Majeure

Disputes concerning this agreement will be resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction within Hyderabad, Telangana.
